1. Scope

These terms govern reservations made through this website, by telephone and by email with Golf Royal Hotel Tunis, 51-53 Rue Radhia Haddad, Tunis 1001, Tunisia. By completing a reservation you accept them.

Where a booking is made through a third-party travel agent or online platform, that party’s terms also apply, and their cancellation rules take precedence over ours.

2. Reservations

Your reservation status and payment timing follow the selected rate conditions shown during review and recorded with your booking. A rate requiring no prepayment is confirmed when the reservation is completed; a rate requiring prepayment remains pending until the hotel verifies the amount shown during booking. Reservations made in person follow the payment terms confirmed at reception.

The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and present photographic identification at check-in for every adult in the party.

3. Rates and payment

Rates are quoted per room, per night, in TND. No tourist tax is configured for new reservations.

The rate you pay is the rate confirmed at the time of booking. The review page shows the exact payment timing, amount due and cancellation conditions before you confirm:

• Rates marked no prepayment — confirmed immediately and paid at the hotel under the conditions shown during review.
• Rates marked prepayment required — held pending until the hotel verifies the displayed amount by the displayed deadline.
• Cancellation, amendment, no-show and early-departure conditions are specific to the selected rate and are recorded with the reservation.

4. Cancellation and no-show

The cancellation and amendment deadline, any penalty, and the treatment of no-shows or early departures are the exact conditions displayed for the selected rate during review and recorded with the reservation.

Any payment due or refund available after a change is determined under those accepted rate conditions and applicable law. Contact the hotel before changing your travel plans.

5. Your stay

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be charged.

All rooms and public areas are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of 300 TND applies where this is not observed. Pets are not permitted, other than registered assistance animals.

We may refuse or end a stay where a guest behaves in a way that endangers or seriously disturbs others, damages property, or breaches Tunisian law.

6. Liability

Valuables should be kept in the in-room safe or deposited at reception. Our liability for items not deposited is limited to the extent permitted by Tunisian law.

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, civil disruption, strike action, or the failure of public utilities.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Tunisia. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Tunis.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
